Geomorphology

Geomorphology is the study of the earth's elevations, the rock forms that determine the landscape's appearance and the causes behind them.

Our surroundings are the result of various phenomena that can be  divided into two principal categories:

·         endogenous processes (tectonic, seismic, and volcanic phenomena);

·         exogenous processes linked to the atmosphere, the hydrosphere and the biosphere.
