The projects and operations of the park
The Natural Park of the Friulian Dolomites among its many activities, is also involved in the planning and implementation of projects aimed at strengthening the structures provided to the Institution.
In particular measures taken to build new structures and recovery and improvement of existing assets, such as the arrangement of the trails network and access roads to the valley floor of the territory.
In order to implement these interventions, the Park has made use of financings coming from European Union initiatives and agreements between the region and the Ministry of Environment.

European territorial cooperation
European territorial cooperation is the INTERREG, namely the evolution of the Community Initiative for the cohesion among European regions (http://www.regione.fvg.it/rafvg/cms/RAFVG/)
Interreg III – Spelaion Logos
Interreg III is a Community initiative of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for cooperation between EU regions.
Interreg IV – FANALP
The Italy / Austria operational program was developed in collaboration with the partners part of the program: the Austrian provinces of Carinthia, Salzburg and Tirol, the Veneto Region, the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol.
Objective2
By decision of the European Commission # C (2811) of November 23rd 2001 was approved the Single Programming Document Objective 2 of the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Program agreement
According to the Law 12/06/1991 # 394, it was signed the program agreement between the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Ministry of Environment and Territory in the field of protected areas and regional parks.
Studies and researches
Wildlife projects, veterinary activities and censuses carried out within the Park territory and results of monitoring on fauna made by professional experts.
