veniva offerto dalla terra, vista comunque la limitata disponibilit\u00e0 di risorse agricole e di strutture produttive.<br \/>I pasti tradizionali pertanto comprendevano:\u00a0<strong>polenta<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>legumi<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>derivati del latte<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>carne<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>uova<\/strong>.<br \/>Molto diffusa era anche la pratica della caccia, dalla quale si traeva doppio beneficio: la vendita delle pelli dei capi e l\u2019utilizzo della carne come alimento.<br \/>Oggi possiamo trovare diversi locali che preparano e offrono\u00a0<strong>i piatti e prodotti di \u201cuna volta\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0piatti e prodotti tipici tradizionali, come per esempio:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c837443 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"c837443\" From the mixture were obtained meatballs, that were rolled in corn meal and then placed in the chimney to dry for about a week.
